Clinic Policies

1. Please arrive one hour prior to closing or else we may not be able to accommodate you

2. Masks are mandatory for all patients if you have a cough, fever or sore throat

3. No verbal abuse or harassment of staff will be tolerated

4. We may close early due to excessive patient volumes

5. Only one primary medical issue per visit

6. We do not prescribe narcotics and controlled substances

7. We are not accepting patients into family practice
